At COLEM, we specialise in customised and made-to-order digital products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, while also respecting consumer rights under UK law. This policy outlines when refunds may be granted and under what circumstances digital goods are non-refundable.


When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

We issue refunds in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may request a refund if:

1. You didn’t receive your order:
If your purchased digital product is not delivered to your email or thank-you page after payment.

2. The digital item is faulty:
If the product is defective, not functioning, or does not match its description or advertised features.

If any of the above occurs, please contact us at support@colem.shop within 14 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.


When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

- You changed your mind after the download or access began.
- You no longer need or want the product.
- The product was used, activated, or downloaded, and you agreed to waive your right to cancel at checkout.

Per UK consumer law, by accessing or downloading a digital product immediately, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived.


Our Commitment to Quality

All digital files and services undergo quality control before delivery. We ensure each file meets the specifications outlined in the product listing. However, if something goes wrong or the item isn’t as described, we’ll correct it or offer an appropriate resolution.
